How do I remove items from my shopping cart if I change my mind?

If, at any time before placing your order, you decide you'd like to start over or add another item, just select the kitty in the upper left corner to return to the home page.

Then click the "View Cart" tab in the menu. To remove an item from your cart, select the 'Remove' button beside it.

Do you carry (a particular item)? I can't find it in your Shop.

If there's an item you'd like this Shop to carry, please send us your request and we'll consider offering it.

What is Cruzio's policy on returns?

You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will not be issued on:

  • items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • any item not returned in the condition it was received.

All Cruzio hardware is guaranteed against failure for 12 months. Cruzio will ship a replacement free of charge.

Will you keep my personal information private?

Yes. When you submit your billing and contact information to us, it's securely encoded. When you reach the Cruzio Shop's checkout page, you should see a padlock icon in the corner of your browser.

You do not have to accept cookies in your browser in order to buy at the Cruzio Shop. Cookies, which store small amounts of information on the customer's computer, are usually safe, but some privacy concerns motivate people to disable their use.

We promise to use your personal information only to process your order, or to contact you if we have questions about your order. We will never share your email address or any other personal information with any third party.

Can I order Internet or Web hosting service?

Yes! You can sign up online for Cruzio service and enjoy all the benefits of Cruzio membership, including great customer service and technical support.
